I’m Nadia Renata, founder and yoga teacher, and I’m honoured to walk this journey with you from the heart of Trinidad & Tobago and across the wider Caribbean.
My passion is helping individuals like you break free from limitations and embrace the power of dreaming big.
My Journey
After spending over twenty years in the corporate world and doing all the “right things,” I realized that my path lay in something deeper, something that spoke to the heart and soul of who I am. Leaving behind the predictable, I followed my passion for wellness, self-discovery and empowerment, becoming a yoga teacher and entrepreneur. This journey of transformation, stepping away from the "safe" to embrace the unknown, gave birth to Audacious Evolution.

I know firsthand what it feels like to face self-doubt, the weight of expectations and the fear of failure. But I also know what it feels like to rise, to evolve and to boldly step into the person you’re meant to be. That’s why Audacious Evolution exists, to inspire and support you in your own audacious journey toward living a life of purpose, authenticity and confidence.
